Beautiful gold compact by Volupte has brilliant gold wave design Has some light surface scratches and imperfections from use and age. Interior and powder compartment have powder residue. Mirror intact, no cracks. Has a charming personally engraved love message from Ralph to Madge, dated Christmas 1948. This was his heartfelt Christmas gift to her. Another message is engraved inside powder compartment lid and there are some simple flowers engraved on it as well. Includes puff.
