This is a very nice vintage vanity case called Plate , Hand Mirror Vanity Case "Trio-ette" cir. 1940s. The case is black with an enameled Pink and green Rose in high relief on the lid. It holds a pressed powder, rouge, and a lipstick in the handle. Plate on the puff is the only case identification usually but the signed puff is missing but the powder screen is present along with a rouge puff. There are three glued mirrors , two interior and one exterior. It is 2 1/4" dia. x 4 7/8" over-all.
