    This Pawl Latch fits Tradewinds swamp cooler Model TS 451 Side Discharge models.  It may fit others.  This item is unavailable for purchase anywhere else as they are no longer being made.  This latch is made on a 3D printer of durable ABS plastic.
    A metal locking clip is not included but they can be found under
    M3 M4 M5 M6-M16 Bearing Clamp Plum Torx Circlip Reverse Side B Stainless Steel for a quantity of 15 pieces (Size 8mm) .87 from China.  Another option might be your local True Value Hardware Store.  Hammer the old clip if you would like to reuse it.
