LOT- Vintage England KIGU Floral Compact & 2 Rose Oil Vials in Wood Bottles!!

Description

This is a lot of 2 vintage Bulgarian rose essential oil vials in hand painted wood miniature bottles, and a vintage Made in England Kigu floral gold-tone compact case with sifter.
The compact case is from the 1930s and is in excellent condition with the latches all in working order and the original sifter in the case. The sifter has very slight staining so may have been used once. There is no damage or scratches on the gold-tone metal or the mirror. Inside the compact around the mirror are the words "Patented" and "Made in England". The cover to the sifter compartment has the KIGU emblem etched into the center (please see photos). Kigu powder compacts are famed throughout the world for their beauty & durability and were given as gifts on special occasions. They were considered to be expensive gifts that were costly to produce and made by artisans with a high level of skill. Please note that the cover of this Kigu compact case has a lovely textural floral pattern. It is difficult to describe what this floral pattern is made of but it almost looks like colored micro beads of some sort - please see photos! The compact measures 3 inches in diameter.
This lot also includes 2 vintage Bulgarian rose essential oil vials in mini wood bottles. Please note that I am not certain whether the rose oil vials have been opened and used - on the larger one, the seal looks intact and the vial is about 3/4 full (it could be that some has evaporated over the decades). The smaller rose oil vial has only a little bit in it and part of the seal (which says "Garantie Pure Essence De Rose") is torn - please see photo. The hand-painted wood bottles containing these vials are in good condition - the larger one measures about 3 1/2 inches and has the word "aroma" at the bottom, and the smaller one measures 2 3/4 inches and has the words "Essence De Rose Bulgare" at the bottom.
The items are carefully packaged and shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
