Condition: The set is in used condition.
Locomotive Condition: I tested the locomotive on a short piece of track and it runs in both directions. The locomotive sounds dry and noisy, it needs a nudge at times to move. The light does work.
Locomotive & Tender Cosmetic Condition: Both are in very nice clean condition. The box is included for the loco and tender. The box is missing the end flap and is worn.
Cars Condition: All 4 cars are in good used condition with their original boxes w/ insert. The boxes do have wear to them as in torn window, torn flap, or loss to the cardboard.
Included: The transformer works as I used it to test the engine. All of the track is Atlas snap track and there are 3 sections of straight track, 14 sections of radius/curve track, and re-railer section. The remote control track section is Lionel and in good condition. Instruction manuals /paper. The bag of coal has been opened and is pretty full. Please see the photographs for other parts included.
Original Box: Yes. The set box is worn and has masking / packaging tape on it.
