Shipping

Orders generally ship within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.  Items are shipped via USPS & FedEx.  International orders ship through the Global Shipping Program.  We use calculated shipping and charge actual shipping costs. We also offer combined shipping when purchasing multiple items.  Shipping materials and boxes are reused to reduce waste.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with purchase.  If you have any issues with your order, please let us know right away.  If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping.  For all other returns, items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item and return shipping is at buyer's expense.  Items must be in original condition with all parts and packaging.  New items must still be in new condition.
We do not accept returns on wholesale lots or seasonal items.
