This long play mono is much harder to find than any other pressing of this title except for the stereo 2 sided error cover pressing, especially in really nice condition like this one.  The cover is not perfect but still really nice.  Basically just light wear all around, including a 2" split top right corner at mouth.  The spine is in awesome condition with almost no wear!  The other edges show light wear, the corners have light pushes and only very light surface rub wear.
I doubt the vinyl has gotten much play as it looks super nice with lots of gloss and only has very minimal scuffs.  Comes with original RCA sleeve.
