Donning his rare red velvet uniform!!!!!
These were type of banners really big in the 80s and 90s in the UK and Europe and some of them made their way to the USA.

Size is 22 x 23.
Please note the push pin holes on each side and slight discoloration on the white. Otherwise, the image is intact.
