If buyer

do custom clearances, the item will be reshipped back to the origin and refund is not allowed to this case. So buyer should take all responsibility of custom clearance.

If the product is indeed defective, we will replace it with a new one. If there is no suitable substitute And we will refund you. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. If it is found that there is no problem with the product, the product will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.
