2 GORGEOUS VTG COMPACTS; MOTHER of PEARL STAR & BLISS w/HAND PAINTED DAISIES

Description

* absolutely beautiful gold tone with 7 point star carved of mother-of-pearl on the top. It has a good mirror and inside the compartment below is a powder puff pad, powder screen and some caked powder with lots of loose as well. Has some plating loss around the outside edge and bottom, but still a wonderful compact. I don't know who it is made by, but it has three interlocking O’s.
* small oval black compact with gold trim and hand-painted Daisy cabochon in the center. Mirror is losing plating on the back, powder puff says “Styled by Bliss” and it has a powder screen and sifter, but no powder. Signed inside rear clasp with a capital B and a B in the top loop of the Big B and Co in the bottom loop. Such a pretty little compact!
